So, I joined BPO and continuing the same for more than a year because of my family situation. But I am not at all compromised with my job. Every day I use to search for a jobs but I will apply for all the interviews through Job portals bur I didn't any reply. Since It has been over 1 year.. I am feeling unhappy that I am going to expire. I don't know whether my dream comes true. Please someone help.

Thanks,
Hariharan.

Well any employer requires his/her employees have some qualifications.

First you need to excel at English, be an expert in a relating Software or program, depending what you are supposed to do, be punctual, have honesty and commitment ...
don't act helpless, No one can help you but you.

hello hariharan,
don't get too upset about your situation, most of the engineering graduate and mostly from the core branches like ECE , are facing this situation as in private sector there are lesser no. of jobs and money is not good, and in public sector i.e. govt jobs there is a huge competition .
I will suggest you to pursue a six months course in that stream you like the most,if you want to do further specialization in electronics than you have embedded system and vlsi from CDAC and if you want to change your field to software than there is a DAC course from CDAC which has 100% placement. but remember one thing you should choose your cdac institute wisely which one is the best. CDAC Pune i think is the best of all, ***** the exam that's not so tough and get selected after 6 months you will have a job in your hand but success take a lot of patience and lot of hard work..remember that always.
