Can not open FPGA error in a Falcon D+ system

Hi Guy's

I am an engineer working at GATEC, a firm based in Burkina-Faso.
We bought the following device: a Falcon D+ system.
Unfortunately this is now down.
I made a diagnosis and received the following error message: "Can not open FPGA file: \ C: Program Files \ GSM \ load \ Y14x3M31.hex: can not load FPGA".

Can you please help us and advise which measures need to be taken ?
