On the photo attached, the smd component from Philips is an inductor? How can I test it? With the multimeter it gives me a high resistance value. I can only test it with a LCR meter? Is it a capacitor?
Since Philips has sold off their passive component business, largely owned by Vishay now, I would guess it is an old style SMD power shunt resistor made of metal film and has blown open. 10 Ohm. 5W SMD
