Help!!! How To Model a Shorted Stub in Ansoft Designer

I model shorted stube as a part of the microwave filter. At transition from Layout to Planar EM, the connection between layers Top and Ground is lost. In Planar EM it passes to Assembly Top Layer. How to convert the ideal shunt between layers Top and Ground to real copper bridge: via, some vias, 3D Vias, e.t.c.? Please, any help, or any tutorials.
