[MOVED] L298n output problem

Hi all , I am using l298n to drove sma actuator. I am giving 9 volt to pin 4 and 5 volt pin 9.I am getting 8.5 volt from output pin 2 ,3.5 volt from output pin 3 and nothing from output pin 10 and 12. I have connected current sense pin 1 and 15 th to grnd.but hten also i am not getting proper output voltage:bang:
please help.

Hi,

Have you followed the L298 datasheet ?

Pins 10 and 12 are Inputs ...?

How have you got the Enabled pins connected ?

Showing your circuit might help.
 

While attaching supply to the pin no 4 . you must connect a capacitor electrolytic type around 470 uF. then see the changes
