Hi, does anyone know some IC solution for a full-bridge rectifier using two FETs and a center-tapped transformer?

Linear Technology has this one, but is for use with 4 FETs: https://www.linear.com/product/LT4320

Thanks!

A full bridge rectifier must have four rectifying devices, diodes or FETs. I think the LT4320 should work fine with a center tapped source. The center tap will just connect to the midpoint of the load.

What I'm actually asking is if there's some IC proper for two FETs rectifier. If I use the LT4320 for this application, it will be oversized, since I will not use the bottom FETs. I will just use "half" of the IC. I hope there's another solution for this case, and it would be cheaper since the it will have less internal circuitry. Thanks anyway!
