Hello friends..
I want to inrerface Rtc DS1307 with Pic16f877a.But before that i want to read fully about DS1307 and I2C.

My question is can you please suggest me some useful links from where i can read about theae two ?
 

Can you please give some details about the application you are building,using PIC16F877A and RTC DS1307..?That would help us better in finding the links,relevant to your requirements.

In actual i want to develop a digital clock using RTC so that it remain updated to real time.
 

I have already checked it but does not get deep info about Ds1307 and I2C protocol ?
 

The MAXIM DS1307 datasheet contains everything about the device. For I2C refer to Microchip I2C document.
