I'd like to design a bandgap that generates multiple voltage reference levels and current reference levels. Could you suggest some topologies and papers?
Having one stable reference You can generate everything on classic circuits, like voltage dividers, current mirrors, etc, with accuracy around 0.1%/C

Your bandgap looks complicated and consumes much power!
I don't want to use resistor voltage divider because it causes many problem like power consumption and area. Can I make mosfet as voltage divider?
My Bandgap is this small rectangle "ptatOK" and consume only several uW. On this picture is my bias generator for one chip (which consumes 0.3W).
The reference voltage from bandgap is 1.215V, I produce from voltage divider 1V (vBL_1V pin) which temperature dependance is the same as bandgap reference 1.215 and generate number of currents for rest of the ASIC with temperature dependence around 0.06%/C.
If you want to use fets to divide the voltage You have to provide good matching between them and similar characteristic.
