1.check the part No with footprint and find the pitch detail about the footprint if it is match,kept the name in PCB Footprint property (by choose the edit property )and then import it in board file

i understand what you expect to say but my problem is both resistor and capacitor have same name as smd0402. if i import that in board anyone component only place on that board but both has different values in width and length.

rename your any one of the footprint and match with symbol after that import it (you cannot keep same name for two footprint it will consider any one part only)
