how we change 4.2KΩ register in current mirror by using CMOS ?
 

how we change 4.2KΩ register in current mirror by using CMOS ?

Current mirrors are used to generate current sources and current sinks of desired values. How can a resistor be a current source/sink ? It is a passive element.
Please clarify your question ?

You mean replace 4.2k ohm resister by mos?

R = L / k*W(Vgs -Vt - Vds) k = Un*Cox (Up*Cox)

Vds = VR = I*R
To find vgs choose vgs such that Vds < vgs -Vt
Finally find W/L from formula above
