it's a 24VAC to 12VDC circuit.

One side of diode bridge goes to the input the LM switching regulator, and the other side goes to the ground? Is that correct?

The 24VAC goes to the diode bridge also.

I use 100uH for the inductor but some circuit I have seen they use 10uH.
If My output current needs to be 1A, then 100uH @1A spec?

The input filter capacitor C14 must be larger, for 3 A output current at least 2200 better 4700 uF.

Since you have plenty of voltage headroom from input to output the smaller value of capacitance should be fine. A higher value of capacitance increases the peak current and thus the power loss in the 24V transformer.

You didn't calculate. 100 µF doesn't for more than about 0.5 A output current.
 

Yes, I misunderstood your comment. 1000 µF may be sufficient as well.
 

Hi, your circuit seems fine. Your bridge connections are fine. You must go through the basics of the electronics again.
Let me help you this time but next time remember it.

Always remember, one side of the bridge we do ground and other side should to the rest circuit. Got it?
