Hi

I am using Analog Design Environment (ADE) [IC5141] and HSPICE as the simulator.

In stead of using default SPECTRE simulator, I am using Synopsys's HSPICE simulator (I have integrated HSPICE with Cadence's Analog Design Environment [ADE], separately), because of certain requirements. The vendor has provided only hspice model files. So, I need to use HSPICE simulator. There is only one model file containing parameters for all the devices of the PDK. In case of Spectre, the model files extension used to .scs, but for hspice, the extension is .lib.

When HSPICE is selected as simulator (from Setup>Simulator/Directory/Host... menu in ADE), we have Model Path option (instead of Model Library in case SPECTRE simulator). The Model Path sub-window has different options to fill up. I have attached the screen shot of the same for your reference. The problem is that, how to choose corners and model files in this (I have tried to select the absolute path ("MY_HOME_DIRECTORY/PDK_FOLDER/designkit/models/hspice/") of the directory where the model files are located, but it didn't work!!!)

Please help me.
