Does anyone know of a PWM with pitch control?

The pitch of a sound is its frequency. The clock for PWM is its frequency and the clock frequency is easily changed.

Some PWM circuits have a fixed pulse width but the effective width of the pulses are changed by changing the clock frequency (changing the pitch).

This helps but do you know of a chipset capable of 1mhz - 10mhz including pitch control? thanks again!

You must learn that m is milli and M is Million.
1mhz is an extremely low frequency at 0.001Hz (one milli-Hz). 1MHz is a radio frequency in the middle of the AM broadcast band at 1MHz (one Million Hz).

If the PWM clock is varied from 1MHz to 10MHz then the pitch of its modulation does not change.

thanks for you help but you haven't suggested a chip that is capable of this. 'I learned this when i was taking my degree' i am looking for a chipset that allows me to change the pitch at a frequency between the aforementioned, if you don't know of any, just say so. otherwise is there somebody else who does know.

You did not explain the function of your circuit. Pitch is the frequency of sounds.
Is it a class-D amplifier that uses PWM to make its waveforms very efficient?

Why do you want the extremely low frequencies of 1mhz - 10mhz? They are not sounds, instead they are very slow vibrations.

Chipsets are made when there are millions of a certain circuit needed. You did not explain your requirements for a circuit so maybe nobody else needs it, then there is no chipset available.
