Help need for drawing Electronic Circuits using TinyCAD software tool.

Dear Sir,
I am using the TinyCAD software tool for drawing my Electronic circuits. What is my doubt is, for example take components like inductor, capacitor, resistor, ground. How to make them thicker appearance. If we take inductor or capacitor,normally when drag and place from the library, they will look thinner. I want to make the components capacitor, ground, inductor and resistors thicker in appearance,how to make them appear thicker, can you help me somebody.If we take normal bus wire, in TinyCAD, we have option to make thicker, similarly for components make thicker appearance, what option we need to use.
I have attached thicker appearance example figure and also tiny cad example, how to make the components thicker in appearance in TinyCAD.

Below,I have shown the example component with wire. Whatever the component I have shown in figure , those components thickness, I want to increase as similar to wire thickness. Can you anybody help me.

Maybe nobody uses TinyCAD because its schematic is covered in dots, its lines are too thin and its text is faint and mixed with the dots.

Which software is good for drawing electronic circuits,if they have any free evaluation software, can you show me the link.

I draw schematics with Microsoft Paint program. I copy parts of other schematics or datasheets then paste them together.
Sometimes I use LTspiceIV program which is also a good simulation program that is free from Linear Technology.

If somebody knows, using tinyCAD how components inductor(L), capacitor(C), Resistor(R), and ground to make appear as thicker. Can you help me

I think you have to create new parts and wires with more pixels in them. Tinycad is very good at what it does, it joins component sysmbols together but it isn't versatile when it comes to creating or editing them.

I use KiCad, it is completely free, works in Linux, OSX and Windows and it draws schematics, PCBs and produces all the files needed for fabrication as well. You can see it at: **broken link removed**
Don't worry when you see their examples, it does simple designs too!
