TV not operated by remote

AKAI CT-2111 is my TV.
Remote is working.but tv not operated by remote control and AV also not working with DVD player.plz telll me how to solve my problem
 

Your remote is working, but it doesn't do what it's supposed to (control the TV). How, then, did you come to the conclusion that it's working?
 

He probably check the remote against a mobile/cell phone camera. If you point at the input of camera lense and keep it very close, you would see something on the phone when the remote button (any button) is pressed, which would indicate that something is being transmitted by remote. Thus remote is good.

It is time to troubleshoot the tv. Do you know electronics? Do you have schematic, measuring instruments such as meter?

plz provide me details of my TV remote.sensor.
My remote is working well.i chkd with mobile camera app.

Oh good. Then a quick google will show that complete service manuals as well as circuit diagrams for your particular TV is freely and easily available on the 'net.
