hello
does anyone have Jazz 0.35um SiGe model
The library is sbc35x??

Jazz does. But they want an NDA before they'll cough it up,
so anybody who properly has the info is under contract not
to share it.

Since this is a fairly old flow now, you might find someone
who let it slip or put the model text in a paper, etc. over
the years.

In SBC18, and I believe SBC35 as well, there are generations
of SiGe HBT sub-flows with different BVceo/fT trades.

what mean NDA??
what is the difference between sbc18 and sbc35?

Non Disclosure Agreement.

SBC18 (SiGe BiCMOS 0.18 um) vs SBC35 (SiGe BiCMOS 0.35 um) but there are different flavours of each with different Ft/Fmax specs, see Foundry Partners - TowerJazz for brief information. TowerJazz would supply you with all the appropriate technical details once you have signed the appropriate NDA.
