I have made DC voltage summer circuit but at output, summing voltage doesn't come.

I have used three DC voltage sources and applied to non-inverting pin of op-amp.

I have used 10k in all places.

Here i attached my circuit diagram of proteus simulated but i receive +2V at the output.

Where should be the problem?

Your are applying the input voltages to the inverting input.

What are the input voltages?

What are the supply voltages?

input voltages are +2v volts all. and supply voltages are +15v, -15V.

You have to get -6V output, Check the below points
1: Use single op amp for simulation.
2: Apply input voltage with respect to ground.

I have difficulties to recognize Proteus as a regular circuit simulator due to it's various oddities. Whatever happens in your simulation circuit, it can't be seen from the picture, we have to believe your statements. The circuit itself is fine, the simulation obviously isn't.

I presume there are also ways with Proteus to find out what happens, if you prefer this tool, you should learn how. My personal suggestion is to a use a free SPICE simulator like LTSpice instead of a (pirated copy of ?) Proteus.
