Hello,

I need to transmit (using one wire) the status of one sensor. This sensor have three possible levels, and then I'm thinking in modulate the signal using one CPLD (MAXII) from Altera.

What is the modulation/demodulation more easy to implement in one CPLD? PWM? FM? ...

One of the requirements is that the bandwidth must be big (the order of 10MHz).

Thanks!

I'm not sure what your bandwidth requirement means. Is that the sample rate? Update rate? You say there's three levels, that's your resolution, just three states?
