HI, I used NI DAQ with which i can use FGEN, Osicilloscope as software in laptop. I did simple test(voltage divider) for checking it works well.

When i use 120ohms for resistors in 2v amplitude condition
, the signal has been clipped. i don't know why, i tried changing amplitude, frequency in FGEN, but clipping always occur. When i replace theses resistors with bigger ones(1k ohm) it didn't clipped. However, when i tried increase amplitude over 8, it clipped again!!. What's wrong with it?? this resistor 1/4W. if you click image, magnify!

120 ohms resistors might load the signal source too much
