Hi friends,



Can anyone please help me on finding current density rule for different PDK. Where do find the pdf for current density rule in PDK.

A properly complete PDK ought to provide you these rules,
but what location would be decided by the CAD group that
put the package together.

I have seen them as an appendix to the layout groundrule
package (if your foundry is still putting out human readable
rules documents), bundled with other reliability type info
(device voltage application rules, etc.). primarily.
