I think you do a mistake...
That book "RF Power Amplifiers for Wireless Communications" is fundamental book of author and it doesn't have electronic format as I know.( I got one copy )
Second one has advanced topics moreover on the first one.

I have both Cripps books on my desk.
80% are almost the same, written with different words and chapters having different structure.
Is good to have both of them, but for me the latest one was more useful.
Mistake is when give to somebody a useless help.

I agree with BigBoss: the first book illustrates the Cripps methodology to design power amplifiers, the second one is useful for other advanced things (predistorsion, feedback and feedforward techniques) that are discussed quickly in the first book. And in fact the Cripps course uses above all the first book

but i can guide u follow the below steps u will definetely reach
it is easy to register in that site one way to over come this difficult is if u put the mouse any of the link in status bar it will show in english thats how i registered
