Type: Samsung PDH-780
(stereo cassette digital radio)

Looking for its manual, service manual, or - at least - for a brief description how to use it, how to set the clock ...

It has a relatively complicated control panel, with a bit eroded lettering.

Thanks in advance.

Press the clock button and keep it pressed if clock starts flashing than it is input mode, than change hour, minutes etc. and at the end press the clock button once, I think it should do it. Also you don't need service manual but what you need is owners manual. Do some google for that or visit samsung website.

Thanks burt007 but what to do if I don't know which is the 'clock' button 8-O ... As I wrote the lettering are eroded (almost not visible), unfortunately.
I also know this usual method what you described, tried, but there are too many (button) variations.
In addition, would have to tune the radio stations, store and recall them, the band select ...

Yes, the user manual would help, but the service manual can also come in handy later.

Before I wrote here, of course I looked everywhere on the net, but without any result.
Thanks anyway ...

Some how I doubt of this model PDH-780 made by samsung there is nothing on the net. Please check again or post a photo of the product and photo of where the model or chassis number is written.

Hi;
Here are the photos ((the "SAMSUNG" lettering is 'a bit' defective).

Meantime I found some very similar devices on the net, the "Samsung PD-780" and PD-780S. These seems almost identical to mine but also no any description available.
I found a high-quality picture as well (the button labels also can be read) so I'm trying right now on this basis, but is still seeking for manuals, even for the above models.
So can you help?
