Scan insertion script with SMIC or TSMC standard libraries

About Scan insertion

Is anybody who has scan script with SMIC ot TSMC standard cell libraries?
I have suffered some problem in scan inserting.
I used 0.18um standard cell libraries form SMIC.
I don't know why some problems are occured like that.
This is my first time that I have suffered these kinds of problems.
Please let me get another scan insetion script.
I can't find my script's bugs.
I want to compare that script with mine.

Hi,

Scripts for scan synthesis can be very different in particular designs.

Could you provide more details where you have problems ?

which tool do you use to do scan insertion?

may be you should check your library have scan cells.
