can you please let me know What Is Standard cell height in 65nm,130nm and 180nm tecnologies?

Standard cell height depends on the design choice, if you want a 12-track, 14-track standard cell or any other height. Track here denotes m1 pitch (min width+spacing) allowed in a technology.

A particular technology node can have more than one height of standard cell library depending on the application, target frequency and power.
