i made a new usbasp with ATmega8 and when i connect it to my lap and read it i got that error

" error: programm enable: target doesn't answer. 1 "

Untitled.jpg

then i connected pin 25 to GND and still not working

check ur power supply pins. generally it happens when target device does not get required voltage.

it's worked and back to the error again -_- and the voltage between VCC-GND at the target device = 5v !!

Mohamed the usbasp and usbtiny programmers have a special function in its firmware , this is when you use the device continuos work fine but if you left in idle state for some time it enter in a sleep state all you need to put to work again is unplug and plug again in the usb port. i have a usbtiny and this happen to me some times. but i dont know if is a bug or is a feature of the programmer.
