Hi..
I want to use both GSM & GPS modem.
which company I should prefer & please tell the name.

and please suggest that should I buy both in a single module or in separate module?
 

It is better to get in single module.

It saves a lot, from space to power and most important you need only one UART.

I have used simcom modems. I dont know about the availability in your area/country.
