Capacitor length and width in CDL view

I'm using a MIM capacitor symbol in my schematics but I can't add length and width parameters in my cdl netlist. Could anyone help me? Thanks for your time. The schematic entry tool is composer 5.0.33.144.
 

hi hatebbs,
please use CDF to edit the auCdl view of the cap and add parameters of width and length
 

from the CIW window: choose: Tools >> CDF >> Edit
Brouse for you MIM, use Edit/Add paramters to modify it to what you aim to be.

Read Cadence CDF user manual for more details.
