I am working on a highly linear differential amplifier design using cadence. please suggest the issue that must keep in mind while designing linear system
Are you asking how to MEASURE resp. simulate linearity properties or how to DESIGN a diff. amp with "good" linearity?

yes I just want to know that what are the techniques that will results in a linear system and also please provide details for the measurement of linearity in cadence for a analog circuit.

Aim of my work is to design a highly linear OTA.

thanks for showing interest in my problem.

according to razavi book , just focusing on phase margin

Aim of my work is to design a highly linear OTA.

Linearity vs. what? Frequency? Amplitude?

Generally high linearity is achieved by a large ratio of (open-loop gain / closed-loop gain).

High amplitude linearity needs a large ICMR (input common mode range) and large output range.

yes i want a device with large ICMR and large output range .
I am little confuse in deciding the transistor size and other parameter for feasible design .
please suggest some tips for a good and stable design or suggest any resource from where i can get related information .

thanks in advance.
