[PIC] 89s52 LCD Initiallise programme

Hi
please help me with the LCD initialise programme with 89s52 using Keil uversion4, LCD data pins are connected to P2 of the microcontroller...RS connected to p3.0/RXD...RW connected to ground because i just want to write on the LCD

what is the problem that you have ? is some thing not working ?
