Hi guys,

I ran a simulation in HFSS but after simulation, the inductance that I got was much higher than the supposed ~27pH from the schematic simulation. I've attached the HFSS file and if anyone spots any mistake, please do let me know! Thanks!

Substrate was advised to draw at 737um, air box 2211um, interlayer dielectic layers are also drawn. M2 ground plane is for the return path. another top metal layer in the simulation is the signal trace with 2 ports. assigned radiation boundary for the air box. and the ports are connected from the top metal to touching the m2 ground plane. getting L=img(1/Y11)/(2*pi*f) didn't give me the results i want and it's very very far off. Am I doing anything wrong?

Somehow with the formula HFSS is giving me absurd results. exporting the results to .s2p and then running the results in ads gives me a more accurate results.
