Hi everybody...................Can anyone tell me weather Atmega328p can drive the power MOSFET IRF3808 directly or not.......?????

Depends what your application is.
 

Its recommended to go for gate driver chip that is readily available in market. This will save lots of calculations.

I have connected the MOSFET with MCU and there is some voltage between the Vdd and source but when i connect the load, the voltage immediately drops to zero.....why it happens???

yes that is the simplest way, but still calculations are involved. so i suggest you to go for driver.
