Control a sensorless bldc by its applied voltage?

Hi all:
I am looking for an easy solution for a sensorless bldc motor application to replace a microcontroller + bemf measurement solution.

I found TB6575 quite promising.

My application requires varying the speed when manually adjusting the applied voltage. There is no need to use PWM thing. If using TB6575, set the duty cycle to 100% and don't use the close loop, the speed will only depend on the voltage you apply to the motor. Can I use this chip this way?

Another question is about the motor voltage limit. If the applied voltage is under the voltage rate of the motor, IGBT and the IGBT driver like IR2233, for TB6575, matched with suitable surrounding circuits, is it possible to use it under HV say 500V circumstances?

Yes, It might work. But why would you even want to do this?
 

For one thing for my application, the bus line voltage can be changed easilily. For another thing, the bus line voltage is adjusted to balance the load and the speed and. The top priority thing is to ensure the load capability. I can not find PWM any use here. Due to the size restriction, I am looking for a chip fulfilling the bemf monitor and MCU module function.

So this plan is promissing do you think? Anyway I will try this out once I get the chip.
 

This chip look really interesting. Very clever way of avoiding the sensors.
