The project at that link is a USB HID project. The PC side app receives data of 6 ADC channels and displays it. It also allows to control PORTB and PORTD from PC. You can add GSM monitering as UART is free on PORTC. Explain how the device should work with GSM.

one temperature sensor ******** 48volts battery bank voltage reading sensor, ******** AC Power(230v Red) ** (230v Yellow) ** (230v Blue), ****** fuel level sensor these all Readers And "8" ports are controlling purpose and "6" ports are alarm purpose this all data accordingly store and controle in my remote pc
