How to install NCSU CDK 1.6.0 on IC6.15

Hello,
I have installed Cadence IC6.15 on Ubuntu 10.04. Can you please guide me step-by-step on how to install "NCSU-cdk-1.6.0.beta" CDK in my machine.
I have tried many method as explained in the webs, but it seem not working. The NCSU cdk is not visible in the list when I create new library.

my Virtuoso installation path is:
/home/kumar/edatools/virtuoso

CDK saved location:
/home/kumar/tmp/ncsu-cdk-1.6.0.beta

Please help. I will appreciate that.
