frequency domain reflectometry -optical -soil

Suppose I have a frequency domain reflection coefficient measurement G(i), wher G(i) was measured at frequency f0+i*df. The frequency step is df, the starting frequency is f0, but f0 is not an integer multiple of df.

This means we have equidistant measurement points on the unity circle, but the points at positive frequencies (above X-axis) are not an integer multiple of 2pi/N away from the points at negative frequencies (below X-axis).

Now I want to calculate the frequency domain information back to time domain information. How do I do this? Who has got any clue? Can chirp-z come to the aid?

Thanks fellows!
