I am about to finish my Master's in Electrical Engg with Digital Communications specialization in Canada. I have good knowledge of DSP, MATLAB, FPGA Design using Verilog, Verification using System Verilog.

I have an experience of about six years (five years in Hardware testing and one year in ASIC verification) outside of Canada and I am looking for jobs in Canada.

- How is the job market in Canada for FPGA/ASIC design and/or verification?
- Whether my previous work experience is useful in finding a job?
- Should I apply for Graduate Level jobs or experienced level jobs?

Thank you in advance.
