Hi sir/madam,
iam pavani working as a pcb designer. Iam confident upto 4-layers. I wanna know about high speed designing techniques. What is the difference between designing and high speed designing technique. Pls suggest me.

High speed design on time and Frequency and check the High speed design Guidlines like USB,Ethernet and DDR in internet
 

Too big a subject.

You need to use Google etc to look for information based upon the type of design you are doing.

If you want deal to high speed PCB layout designs, must be quite familiar with EMC phenomena, due there are a lot of propagation concepts involved. You will not find a unique cookbook with all tricks, and need to gather some guides and summarize the most important informations.
