Hi all:

I get a new model for Power ic design.
There are many device types in the model file.

I think the design will more smoothly when the designer knows each device more clearly.
Could you give me some suggestions or items that how to study these device ?
or which parameter of device needs to know in design?
ex: each MOS vt, ...

Thanks for your reply.

I think it would be advisable to study their I/O characteristics (drain current vs. VDS, with VGS as parameter).

Hi erikl and all:

Because the model has high/low voltage MOS, so I share my idea:
for each MOS the following parameters may need:
vth0
size limitation
vds operation range
vgs operation range

If you have any suggestion, please let me know.

Thanks.
