EL backlight flickiring

hello,
i used this circuit to turn on lcd back-light(EL) like this :

but it Sometimes blinking for 4-6 second.( i do not know why )
is there any idea?

Hey, Are you using Electro Luminescent display? If yes, please mention the price of the display and link from where you purchased. I need to use EL displays for my project with touchscreen.
