Hi, I wonder could HSPICE give the value of capacitors and inductors that are defined in standard processes such as 0.13um? as you might know in a technology library file for a specific process, electronic elements such as MOSFETs, resistors and also capacitors and inductors are defined by determining their length and width, so for example you can't exclusively define a capacitor of a 1pf capacitance, instead you have to specify its dimensions. So does anybody know where can I find the capacitance value of such a capacitor (and correspondingly an inductor) using HSPICE? I'm looking forward for something similar to the parasitic capacitance calculation of MOSFETs or the resistor evaluation done in the .OP command.

PS: I'm already familiar to the CAPTAB and DCCAP commands, which are not helpful at least not for inductor evaluation.

Thanks

you can do that. after define your model you can change every parameter that you want. for example change cgso to every value that you want.
