ADS 2011 layout problem for Wilkinson Power Divider

Dear all,

I have design a wilkinson power divider in ADS2011. i am getting correct result for S parameters.
but the problem is with layout. I am not getting correct layout. please look at my layout and tell me what
is the problem. layout.png
 

You connected the left side with the right side?!
 

no i have not connected the left side with the right side. it is generated by the ads. If i remove the resister then it gives correct layout,but without resistor it is not going to work please help me.
