Hi i have problem using memory blocks in proteus under memory ICs section. When I try to simulate it, it shows error "No pakage is selected".

hi
please attach simulator file for check it.

I have been using 27C256 (EPROM) which has the option of putting a .bin , .hex file which is already been programmed. But the problem is how to build .hex or .bin file. I tryed a Microntroller program's hex file. That was good but unfortunatly i Don't know the what that code has or how to change it or in other words how to build a custom .hex file. Because my code is custom code not a Specific IC's, Processor or Microcontroller. I am attaching my project file for which i need memory Block or IC.
The Project is basically an custom 8-bit microprocessor from gate level. Although its incomplete without memory block.
Thanks
