Hello every one

I want to calculate the value of "Gamma" (Body effect coefficient) of a MOS transistor using Cadence Virtuoso.I ran the DC analysis and checked the DC operating point parameters but can't find "Gamma".Would any body help please??

Thank you

I think you must sweep the source-to-bulk voltage VSB to find GAMMA (resp. GAMMA2 in BSIM4 modelling).

Gamma is a model fitting param, not an operating point
result. You might display model params and read it, if you
knew what all the gibberish meant. Otherwise you'd run
a simulation stepping VB, sweeping VG and picking off the
VT according to your preferred method and figuring the
gamma_ from that, as suggested.

If you went to the models directory you might find the
model card and inspect it, even easier.
