I have a problem with my Denon AVR 2113. On the screen I've seen the update start with a estimated duration of 26 minutes. The update start's to download but at 14% download it starts over again and gets stuck in a loop. The receiver does a startup and then the loops starts again. Sometimes there is an error message shown (updating fail 14, or connection fail 38). After pushing the on/off button the update starts again.

A factory reset and a network reset don’t solve the problem, after restart the update loop starts automatically. But I'm not sure that the factory reset really works, the screen blinks one time and then it immediately shows the update status again. Is it even possible to do a factory reset when stuck in the update process??

I think the problem is with HDMI PCB. But I don't have documentation.
Is anyone know how repair my receiver ?

Best regards
D.
