Help with a 4 bit bistable latch vhdl code?

hi I am looking for a 4 bit bistable latch vhdl code. I would be really thankful if someone could help me out as I have my submsn on mondy and m stuck very badly. thank you
 

Not clear what you are asking for.

A "bistable latch" can be either a RS or D latch. The circuit and behavioral description will be found in any digital logic text book (or Google). You get a 4 bit device by instantiating four single bit latches.
 

its a SR latch and I have to create a testbench for it. I have uploaded a ckt diagram below. I need a vhdl code for it
