How to read BMP file and display it to LCD ?

Guys,

Does anyone know on how to read BMP and display it to my TFT ?

Thats a multi-question. Which part do you not know how to do ?

1) the actual reading of a file ?
2) decoding the BMP format ?
3) interfacing with TFT ? -- whats your choice of processor, which TFT/ specs.
4) mapping of dibs to pixels ?
5) all of the above ???

Hi for that you first know about BMP header, that will be nearly 50 bytes and that has the information about the remaining like number of rows
size of image offset such like so first study the header and then you can decode it easily.........
