Hi,
I am starting to use Cadence to simulate circuit. For transistor, there are many concepts that I don't know, I have searched a lot but found little. If anyone has some documents about the following, please tell me.
-Width per finger
-Length per finger
-Multiplifier
-Number of finger
-Finger
