I think he wants to make a digital rpm meter for a motor-cycle.

Usama, if you want usable answers, then it helps to give more and clear information and skip the use of abriviations. Now we have to guess what you want.

there are lot type of speed sensors like you can simply connect a small dynamo and using ADC you can give it to the controller....

May be. I had considered this meaning if a motorcycle had a "rotor". Of course it has many rotating parts, e.g. wheels or a crank shaft, but not particularly a "rotor".

    Re: frequency measurement device???

Hi you can do it with
    1. Optical interrupt counter
    2. Hall effect sensors
    etc.
Or you can brain storm one! ;)

Of course it has many rotating parts, e.g. wheels or a crank shaft, but not particularly a "rotor".
It can be a language thing, something that rotates is a rotor and maybe he does not know the right name. (rotor is shorter as crankshaftflywheel, and he seems to like short words.
But serious, my 54' Triumph speedtwin has a rotor in the ignition,

But we will hopefully hear what he wants to build.
