Hi everybody

I'm a beginner in orcad pcb design, and i have created a circuit using orcad capture V16.5 sw then I have created a netlist from capture to transfer the desighn to pcb editor and after adding the components to the created board I've pressed autorouting icon then in the appeared window i selected the bottom layer and pressed route .
when i have made autorouter,
i found that some tracks are crossed, and they shouldn't be and i don't know why it's crossed,
is it an issue in autorouting?
or there any configurations befor using auto routing?
or i'm doing some thing wrong?
so pls help

there might be some routing layer constraints..please check
display is just displays the content which is there in specific layer it will not follow constraints..

i have made a disable for the top layer(not displayed) all the shown is the bottom layer

You can also try for Mannual Routing of FEW nets which gets disordered as it's recommended that you should do the Routing of Nets

I said dud just avoid Auto Routing and try to do Manual Routing It'll increase your skill too in thinking on the Track width and many features like where to give more width etc ...
Still can you post an image of what you were doing ??

thanks embRTS
i will try to use maual routing but i think if the circuit is some how complex then it's difficult to use manual routing any way if u or any one have a tutorials or usefull links about orcad routing I'll be appreciate

Try to change the file you use for auto routing : ) .
