hey everyone,

can anyone help me with optimisation? my project is on optimising a relay network and i am thinking of doing it using simulated annealing. i already have the problem formulation, all i need to do is implement it on matlab using simulated annealing.

please reply. thanks

If you have an truth table, you can use Karnaugh mapping method for reduce the relay network.

i do not know how to use karnaugh appig. i only learnt simulated annealing and that is what i am looking to implement. but if it would be easier, i could learn it.

If you try an online Karnaugh map calculator, the result is some boolean canonical forms.
This will be achieved for simpler network.
I learn this method, but I have only hungarian language books from university.
Sorry for my weak english.

thank you very much. i will definitely look into it.
